If you are filling this form out for yourself, you will be asked to complete the The New Client Intake Form. This form has multiple pages that may take a few minutes to fill out. It will:
Ask for situational information I need to understand your circumstances
Invite you to review my welcome letter and sign the coaching agreement
Choose the coaching package that is right for you
Pay for your package using Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, Zelle, or Credit Card

Single 1:1 Sessions
Existing Clients Only
Single sessions are ideal for clients who have already developed a coaching relationship with Meghan and have completed their coaching package, but have a spontaneous issue they would like to address. Typically, this would be a session to address something like a conflict with their co-parent, how to introduce a new partner to their child(ren), or a refresh on setting and enforcing boundaries.
